John Robert William Nutter (born 13 June 1982) is an English footballer who plays for Lincoln City. He has also played for Blackburn Rovers, Aldershot Town, St Albans City, Grays Athletic, Stevenage Borough and Wycombe Wanderers.

Career

Nutter made his Stevenage debut against Altrincham on 12 August 2006 and scored his first goal in the 3-2 win against Woking on 3 October 2006.

He made his debut for Gillingham in the 1–1 draw at home to Southend United on 26 December 2007 and signed on a permanent basis in January 2008 keeping him at the club until 2009,[1][2] subsequently extending his contract to 2010.[3]

Nutter joined Conference National club, Lincoln City in July 2011 alongside Tony Sinclair and Kyle Perry.[4]

Personal life

Nutter is married to Hayley and has two sons, Walter and Benedict.[5]
